Corporate Counsel
fast-paced, entrepreneurial scale-up environment
As the platform continues to scale and professionalise, you structure the corporate legal function while actively supporting the group’s ambitious growth strategy. You manage and optimise the international legal entity landscape, ensuring high-quality corporate legal administration and ongoing compliance with corporate governance standards. You also co-manage the Legal Assistant.
Profile
approx. 5–8 years of work experience
strong expertise in corporate governance, corporate housekeeping and multi-jurisdictional entity management
some knowledge of commercial contracts and/or employment law is considered an advantage
sharp, structured and detail-oriented, with fluency in both Dutch and English
Proposition
position of responsibility within a fast-paced, buy-and-build IT platform
characterised by strong expertise in cloud services, cybersecurity, modern workplace solutions and emerging technologies, including AI
that is continuously accelerating its growth through strategic acquisitions
